The game is not working correctly. Whenever I finish a stage, the game shows that I failed instead of it being completed or passed.

I am on level 6541 and it hasn’t got anything to collect. Also levels 6545, 6546,& 6552 are blank. Just showing a grey picture.

Hoping one day you setting up better than now , ! my level l playing up to 5000 but is waiting forever to loading ! 😭

Love this game but there are way to many ads, you start the game and have to watch a ad before you can even play a game. Please do away with all the ads so I can play more instead of watching ads!

I am on level 4,136! That’s how fun and challenging this game is….i have had the game freeze but what games don’t? I don’t mind , it’s still a fun game

Game is always crashing I get to the top, and it crashes so I need to do that level all over and I can never get it again. WORTHLESS

I been playing this game for years now. And at times it will not load causing me to uninstall and install again. The I’ve lost all my coins along with everything else. That is so not cool!!!

Tired of watching a video for more lives and it acts as if I lost without giving me more tries. Bubbles shoot when I’m trying to switch colors

This is a fun game but I am unable to receive lives or coins. I have asked for help 7 times and they won’t fix it! I am quitting the game!

I’ve been playing this game for years. Lately the game has been crashing more often than I play the game. I hate it when I’m winning and the game just get frozen and I wait for it to unfreeze but then I loose the coins and restart the level again or restart the whole game. Very annoying plus too many ads.

This game locks up, restarted twice lost all coins and specials, hod to start from beginning each time,, sadly 3 strikes is enough, time to move on..

While l love this game, and have been playing it for awhile… it does seem to crash/ freeze up a lot… which is very frustrating especially when you freeze up at the end of a game that you win and don’t get credit for… have considered deleting the game out of frustration.

It won’t even load most of the time. Then you spend your coins, the app will close as soon as you hit play and when you log back in your coins are gone. Very frustrating.

I have tried and tried to play this level. Unable!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have deleted the game and tried to reload. It comes back to the same level 2117! I really enjoyed playing this game before this problem but unless this is fixed………….

I bought extra lives 3 times.. every time I beat the level, game freezes and level needs repeated. Deleting this game!!!!

This game was my all time favorite at one point ….UNTIL every time you turn around it’s freezing up after you win a stage and then makes you play it all over again!! I had a hard enough time winning it the first time what makes you think I want to play it over! It’s so frustrating I’ve been tempting to delete it!! Been on a stage for 3 weeks because I refuse to keep buying diamonds and as soon as I win it freezes!!😡😡😡

After playing and enjoying the game for quite a while, it no longer loads. Of course the ad for NStage appears, but then the screen goes black, and that’s it. It’s been that way for months, and I see comments about it on Facebook, but NStage has obviously done nothing to fix it, and they don’t respond to the FB comments.

App won’t open since last update.

Don’t know what happened I loose all my achievements it started from the beginning I’m sooooo angry

Be prepared to beat the same level more than once and use your coins down to zero …. Said they fixed it but NOPE

I am on level 1743. Do you ever get thru this level?????? It’s sooooo boring day after day after day SAME level. Why don’t we just play ad games, because you watch more stupid ads than playing your games

It crashes, freezes up, won’t load, turns off automatically in the middle of a game. When I first started playing this game on my phone I had NO problems then boom they were there. I enjoy this game but I’m about to say goodbye.

I used to play this game until it stopped working almost a year ago. When I tap on the icon it takes awhile to get to the loading page. Once there, it kicks me out without loading the game. And there’s no way, that I’m aware of, to contact the developers to report the issue. Very disappointing....

This game cheats. Cheat cheat cheat .. The aim is off and the bubbles change colors on its own. Not enough balls for some levels so you’re stuck for days. Disappointed..

Game was good for a while but freezes often now and will not pop matching bubble colors even when hitting with multiple of the same color. Continues to happen even with phone reboot.

I don’t know what you all did but this is the third time I have lost coins, boosters and jewels I have accumulated. This time I had over 350,000 coins and I log in and bam their gone as well as my boosters and decreased jewels. I enjoy this game but not when you mess with the stuff I worked hard to accumulate and you never restore it. 😡

Was happy with this game for a long time, then a couple months ago game started freezing. I lost over 10k coins having to close and restart game so much. Please fix. I’m so frustrated

I love this game but am tired of having 8 + lives and I cant use them. Takes my coins to play a segment instead of lives. I’ll find another games that uses lives. Why have them if you can’t use them??

How not to fix known bugs. This is not my first review, but will be the last. Game constantly freezing and the latest, “piggy back” ads. By piggy back, I mean if you watch one ad to get a free booster and then go to play the game.....up pops a second ad......total....a good minute or more of consecutive ads. And, if you don’t watch the second ad, the game is purposely frozen. Not a way to win or keep players. And, whether I use my 5 year old granddaughter’s iPad 4 or my IPad Pro first gen or iPad Pro 11 makes no difference. They all freeze at the most inconvenient time....usually when one wins the game. Shame on you developers. You’d make more money if you made your users happy.

I updated the app since I did, I cannot play the game it says loading, then boots me out of game not happy!!!!!!😩😒

Absolutely love this game! But it will let you play for awhile and then all of a sudden it’ll quit loading and no matter how many times you unload and reload it, it won’t play again. Please please fix these issues. I only have trouble with this on my iPads and they are updated.

I love this game but certain levels get stuck I’m currently on level 482 and have passed it many times already but it won’t let me go on to the next level can someone please fix it ty❤️❤️

I started playing this game for three phones ago.... and love it at times then deleted a couple times due to freezing glitching but alas I just downloaded it and still at level 973 hahahahahaha its a love hate relationship lol

Update: Still having sane issue with freezing while trying to start the game or the game not loading at all. I love the game when I am actually able to play it. It takes forever to load and freezes while i am playing or when i level up

I have been playing this game for years (over and over) and with good reason - it always makes me smile. Highly recommend!
